  3. How to submit a complaint
    Include your order number, name, contact details, a concise description of the issue and any supporting photos, videos or documents. Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or full payment credentials.
  4. Acknowledgement and resolution
    Under India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, e-commerce entities must acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to redress them within one month from receipt. Keep a copy of your complaint and any response.
