These Terms govern access to and purchases made through https://cruzomart.myshopify.com/. They are subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

  2. Eligibility and accounts
    Customers must be legally capable of entering into a purchase contract under applicable law. Customers are responsible for accurate details and for keeping account credentials secure.
  3. Product listings
    We aim to display product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, country-of-origin details and other material information accurately. Colours and appearance may vary by screen or lighting. Material listing errors will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
  4. Prices and payments
    Prices, shipping charges and mandatory fees will be displayed before order placement. Orders are subject to payment authorisation. Never share OTPs, PINs or banking passwords with anyone claiming to represent CruzoMart.
  5. Orders and availability
    An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not necessarily final acceptance. Orders may be cancelled if stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a listing has a material error or fraud is reasonably suspected. If payment has been collected for an order CruzoMart cancels, any refund due will be initiated.
  6. Promotions
    Coupons and promotional offers may have eligibility, validity, product and usage conditions disclosed with the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  7. Website use and intellectual property
    Website content, branding, logos, text and graphics are owned by or licensed to CruzoMart and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Users must not interfere with website security or submit unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content.
  8. Consumer rights and liability
    Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not affect statutory rights relating to defective, misdescribed or non-compliant goods.
  9. Governing law and updates
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent forum under applicable law.
